The fourth duke, Francesco, was part of a conspiracy along with his brothers Giulio and Paolo against Cesare Borgia but were found out, and Francesco was strangled to death on 18 January 1503 along with his brother Paolo. According to Urbanize LA, Relevant Group is restoring the Morrison Hotel, which was built in 1914 and has been vacant since 2008.
